Thanks to the excellent relations with our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transport and operators in general), our rates are highly competitive. These, are generally valid for a period of one calendar year from January 1st to December 31st, with restrictions on special dates such as Easter, Inti Raymi, Independence week, Christmas, New Years; among others like conventions and events, which will be informed of upon the confirmation of the booking, which, regardless, can change any time of the year and without prior notice.
CLASSIFICATION OF BOOKINGS
SERIES
Requirement by one Operator who consigns one same name and has more than 6 scheduled departures in a year that follow the same pattern regarding the number of nights. For all the booking requests in one series the same conditions will be applied, even if the number of rooms is reduced to 4 or less.
FITS (1 to 4 rooms)
Are those requests with 4 or less than 4 rooms that enter without a previously determined program, these would be tailor made requests originated by passengers or operators.
SMALL GROUPS (5 to 15 rooms)
Bookings of 5 to 15 rooms that begin and end the trip in the same period of time without repeating itself in this time and/or being programed.
LARGE GROUPS (16 rooms or more)
Will have special prices, terms and policies, which will be specified in the quoting and booking process, according to the prices, terms and policies confirmed by our partners (hotels, restaurants and operators).
Any request for prices must be sent via e-mail to our Quoting Department, to Mr. Maurizio Ugolotti (maurizio@legendaryperu.com.pe) or to Mr. Renato Ugolotti (renato@legendaryperu.com.pe), with a copy to your Booking Executive, assigned to you by the company. This request must show the number of passengers, room distribution, hotel category, tentative travel dates, number of nights, touristic destinations and any additional observations that may help us cover all your requirements.
Once the request has been received the Quoting Department will send an answer in less than 24 hours (workday), informing of the conditions, validity and status of the quote.
To request the booking it is mandatory to have a previous quote, which has the approval of the client. All bookings are to be requested by e-mail to the Booking Agent that was previously designated by the company.
Once the booking has been received the Booking Agent will send out a preliminary hotel and services status report within the 24 hours (work day) of reception of the booking.
Except for the large group bookings, which will be within 72 hours (workday) of reception of the booking.The Booking Department has 6 executives willing to offer the best assistance to your questions and requirements in the following languages:

FITS (1 to 4 rooms)
In the case of FITS bookings full names, number of passengers, room distributions, hotel category, exact travel dates, number of nights, touristic destinations and any other observation that may help us cover your needs are required.
SMALL GROUPS (5 to 15 rooms) and/or SERIES
In case of small groups and/or series a name must be assigned to each group, mention the number of rooms and the distribution of these, hotel category, exact travel date, number of nights, touristic destinations and any other observation that can help us to fill your requirements.
Terms:
- At the most 60 days before the beginning of the trip a list must be sent with just 20% of the rooms. “no name”.
- At the most 45 days before the beginning of the trip a final list must be sent along with the Passports of all the passengers, as follows: full names, passport number, nationality, date of birth and expiration date.
LARGE GROUPS (16 rooms or more)
For large groups a name must be assigned, mention the number and distribution of the rooms, hotel category (ies), exact date of travel, number of nights, touristic destinations and any observation that may help us cover your needs.
Terms:
- At the most 90 days before a commitment e-mail must be sent with a preliminary list of a minimum of 20% of names and down payment (20% nonrefundable).
- At the most 60 days before the trip begins a preliminary list must be sent with 20% of the rooms “no name”.
- At the most 45 days prior to the start of the trip a final list with all the passport information of the passengers such as full names, passport number, nationality, date of birth and expiration date must be sent in.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
FITS (1 to 4 rooms)
Subject to the deadlines and policies of our suppliers, the payment of 100% of the package is required 30 days before the arrival of the passenger. This deadline is based on the workdays of internal accountable control to initiate the pre payments of the hotel accommodations and other services before the passengers’ arrival date.
All the bookings are subject to cancelation penalties and /or NO SHOW + IVA (18%) that will be added to the price of the hotel depending on the cancelation date. The cancelation penalty or the NO SHOW charge will be added if the booking is cancelled within the 30 days of the beginning of the trip.
Below you will find the detail of the cancelation charges to be applied in the following terms:
- From 30 to 21 days before the trip = 10% penalty of the entire cost of the package.
- From 20 to 16 days before the trip = 30% penalty of the entire cost of the package.
- From 15 days to the departure date = 100% penalty of the cost of the package + IVA (18%) for accommodations.
SMALL GROUPS (5 to 15 rooms) and /or SERIES
All payments are of 100%, 60 days before the arrival of the group, as to assure and maintain the quality of our services we must pre pay them 60 days before the arrival date the hotel accommodations and other services.
All the reservations are subject to cancelation penalties and/or NO SHOW + IVA (18%) which will be added to the price of the accommodation depending on the cancelation date. The cancelation penalty and/or NO SHOW charge will be applied if a booking is canceled within the 60 days of traveling.
Below are the cancellation charges that will be applied according to the following terms:
- From 60 to 46 days before the trip = 10% penalty of the entire cost of the package.
- From 45 to 31 days before the trip = 20% penalty of the entire cost of the package + NO SHOW for accommodation + IVA 18%.
- From 30 days to the departure date = 100% penalty of the cost of the package + IVA (18%) for accommodations.
LARGE GROUPS (16 rooms or more)
Payment will be in 3 installments:
1.- 20% of the total amount (nonrefundable) 90 days prior to the date of the trip.
2.- 60 days prior to the arrival of the group 30% must have been paid.
3.- The pending 50% must be paid 45 days prior to the beginning of the trip.
All the bookings are subject to cancelation penalties and/or NO SHOW + IVA (18%) which will be added to the accommodations price if required, depending on the cancelation date. The cancelation penalty and/or NO SHOW charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 90 days prior to the trip.
Below are the cancellation charges that will be applied according to the following terms:
- From 90 to 61 days before the trip = 20% penalty of the entire cost of the package.
- From 60 to 46 days before the trip = 40% penalty of the entire cost of the package.
- From 45 to 31 days before the trip = 70% penalty of the entire cost of the package + NO SHOW for accommodation + IVA 18%.
- From 30 days to the departure date = 100% penalty of the cost of the package + IVA (18%) for accommodations.
If written authorization has been received to purchase the airline tickets, train tickets, entry tickets, etc., the reimbursement of these will be of 100% even if they are not within the stipulated dates.
D.L. Nº 919 – EXPORT OF SERVICES - which stipulates that all foreign passengers with a stay no longer than 60 days in Peru are exonerated from the Sales Tax (IGV o IVA). For the corresponding exoneration, the tourist must present the Andean immigration Card (TAM), document that is individually handed to every person when they enter the country.
LEGENDARY PERU reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the trip if considered necessary, to assure the safety and wellbeing of the passengers. Passengers are entirely responsible for their luggage throughout the trip.
LEGENDARY PERU is only an AGENT: so, it is not responsible of injuries, diseases, harm, loss, additional expenses, accidental delays and any other irregularity that may occur due to negligent acts or omissions from the companies or individuals that offer us transportation, accommodation and any other services related to the fulfillment of the trip, as well as for natural disasters or social agitations.
LEGENDARY PERU will not be responsible for the bookings that do not fulfill in the mentioned terms, due to the fact that all FIT booking, groups and/or series will automatically be cancelled if it exceeds the established terms and policies.
As quality control, all our passengers are required to fill an evaluation form. This will allow us to acknowledge comments on our services and any possible suggestions, with the purpose of maintaining or improving the level of quality in our service.
