ITINERARY

Arrival at Lima’s international airport in the afternoon or night. Meeting with our personnel, transfer and lodging in the hotel (private service, English-speaking assistance). Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, Lima’s city tour (entrance fee to San Francisco Convent is included) (shared service, English-speaking guide). Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the station to take the bus to Paracas (km. 250, schedule could change: 07.45/11.20). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the dock and excursion to the Ballestas Islands (2-hour excursion, weather conditions could delay or cancel the excursion) (shared service, Spanish/English-speaking guide). Transfer to the station to take the bus to Nasca (km. 200, schedule could change: 11.30/15.35). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. Morning is at leisure. In the afternoon, transfer to the station to take the bus to Arequipa (km. 600, schedule could change: 14.50/00.25+1). Upon arrival, transfer and lodging in the hotel. Overnight.
Optional: Transfer to the local airport to fly over the Nasca Lines (almost 35-minute journey, weather conditions could delay or cancel the excursion) (shared service, Spanish/English-speaking pilot guide).

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, historical center walking tour (entrance fee to Santa Catalina Convent is included) (private service, English-speaking guide). Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. At 8am, departure to Colca (km. 180, 3.30/4-hour journey) going past the towns of Yura, Pampa de Arrieros and Pampa Cañahuas, where the national Reserve of vicuñas is located. Continue the trip to Chuccura and Patapampa, where the Mirador de los Volcanes is located. In the afternoon, visit the market of the town and the hot springs of La Calera (entrance is not included) (shared service, Spanish/English-speaking guide). Overnight.


Breakfast in the hotel. Early in the morning, transfer to the Cruz Del Condor vantage point. Then, visit the towns of Macca and Yanque, and the Antahuilque and Choquetico viewpoints. At midday, departure to Puno (km. 320, 6-hour journey), going past different towns and the beautiful lagoon of Lagunillas (shared service, Spanish/English-speaking guide). Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. Full day excursion to Titicaca Lake visiting the Uros floating islands and Taquile Island, lunch at Taquile (shared service, English-speaking guide). Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to station to take the touristic bus to Cusco, lunch buffet at Sicuani (km. 380, schedule could change: 08.00/17.00) (shared service, Spanish/English-speaking guide). Along the way, visit the Pukara Museum, the Raqchi ruins, and the chapel of Andahuaylillas. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, historical center walking tour (entrance fees to the Cathedral and Santo Domingo/Coricancha are included) and transfer to the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay (shared service, English-speaking guide). Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. Day dedicated to visit the ruins and market of Pisaq and the town and fortress of Ollantaytambo, lunch is included (shared service, English-speaking guide). After the visits, board the train to Aguas Calientes (almost 1.30-hour journey, subject to availability). Upon arrival, you will be picked up by hotel staff who will escort you to the hotel to check-in. Overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. At the proper time, your local guide will pick you up from your hotel to take the 30-minute shuttle bus up to Machu Picchu (private service, English-speaking guide). After the guided tour, the local guide will leave you and you will take the shuttle bus to Aguas Calientes town. Then, collect your own luggage and walk around 5 minutes to the train station for your train back to Ollantaytambo (almost 1.30-hour journey, subject to availability). Upon arrival, transfer to Cusco (almost 2-hour journey) (private service,
Spanish-speaking driver). Overnight.
The train ticket allows the transport clients and their hand luggage (01 bag or backpack) with a weight of no more than 8kg/17.64lb and with a maximum size of 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + height + width), with the cars intended for this purpose. The main luggage will stay in the hotel in Cusco.

EXTENSION TO VINICUNCA RAINBOW MOUNTAIN

4.30am-5am Departure towards Cusipata (km. 82, 1.45-hour journey). After breakfast in Cusipata (3,332 masl), continue for 1 hour on an unpaved track to the Phulawasipata viewpoint (4,633 masl). From this point, the 1.30-hour walk begins, where you can see snow-capped mountains and lagoons, until you reach the Vinicunca rainbow mountain viewpoint. After the visit, return to the community of Phulawasipata and then to Cusipata where you will have lunch. Finally, return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 5pm (shared service, English-speaking guide).
