ITINERARY

Arrival at Lima’s international airport in the afternoon or night. Meeting with our personnel, transfer and lodging in hotel (private service, English-speaking assistant). Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, meeting with our personnel and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, historical center walking tour (fee entrance to the Cathedral and Santo Domingo/Coricancha are included) and transfer to the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay (shared service, English-speaking guide). In the evening, dinner at MAP Cafe.
Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. Full day excursion to visit the Pisaq market and the Ollantaytambo fortress, lunch included at Wayra Restaurant. Return to Cusco after the visits (private service, English-speaking guide).

Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to Ollantaytambo station (almost 2-hour journey) (private service, Spanish – speaking driver) to take the train to Aguas Calientes (almost 1.30-hour journey, subject to availability).

Upon arrival, meeting your guide and take the 30-minute shuttle bus up to Machu Picchu (shared English-speaking guide only during the visit, almost 2 hours). After the guided tour (the local guide will leave you), have lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge. Then you will take the shuttle bus descend to Aguas Calientes town. Then, walk around 5 minutes to the train station for your train back to Ollantaytambo (almost 1.30-hour journey, subject to availability). Upon arrival, transfer to Cusco (almost 2-hour journey) (private service, Spanish-speaking driver). Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Lima. Upon arrival, meeting with our personnel and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the historical center (entrance fees to the Cathedral and San Francisco Convent are included) and the Larco Museum. After having dinner at Café del Museo Larco, transfer to the hotel (private service, English-speaking guide). Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. In the morning, cook at the chef’s house: Discover your chef talents in a family atmosphere of a Peruvian house. During this cooking class, you will try a total of 10 flavors that include, among others, causa acevichada, lomo saltado, pisco sour, and a typical dessert, which you will have prepared yourself following the recipes and tricks of your experienced chef. The experience also includes a visit to a local market.

Finally, transfer back to the hotel (private service, English-speaking guide) to be transferred to the airport (passengers are requested to be at the airport 3 hours before international flight).
