ITINERARY

Arrival at Lima’s international airport in the afternoon or night. Meeting with our personnel, transfer and lodging in hotel (private service, English-speaking guide). Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. In the morning, Lima’s city tour (entrance fees to the Cathedral and San Francisco Convent are included). Then, have lunch at Café del Museo Larco and visit the Larco Museum (private service, English-
speaking guide). Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, departure to the Sacred Valley, visiting the market of Pisaq (private service, English-speaking guide). Rest of the day is at leisure.

Breakfast in the hotel. Day dedicated to visit the Inca’s salt mine at Maras and the ancient farm laboratory of Moray, 8-course tasting menu at Mil (closed on Mondays) by chef Virgilio Martínez included (private service, English-speaking guide). Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to Ollantaytambo’s station to take the Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes (almost 1.30-hour journey, subject to availability). Upon arrival, you will be picked up by hotel staff who will escort you to the hotel for checking in. Then, take the 30-minute shuttle bus up to Machu Picchu. After the guided tour, have lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge. Then, take the shuttle bus descend to Aguas Calientes town (private services, English-speaking guide). Rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner in hotel. Overnight.

The train ticket, allows the transport clients and their hand luggage (01 bag or backpack) with a weight of no more than 05kg/11lb and with a maximum size of 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + height + width), with the cars intended for this purpose. He main luggage will remain at the Sacred Valley’s hotel.

Breakfast in hotel. Morning is at leisure. In the afternoon, take the Vistadome train to Ollantaytambo (almost 1.30-hour journey – 1st class, subject to availability). Upon arrival, transfer to Cusco (almost 1.30-hour journey) (private services, English-speaking guide). Overnight.
Option 1: Second visit to Machu Picchu It includes: entrance fee, round-trip shuttle bus and private English-speaking guide.
Option 2: Hike to Mandor waterfall (3-4 hours) This is a beautiful trail with a great variety of local flora and fauna, such as orchids or bromeliads. The road follows the tracks of the train for 4 km, parallel to the course of the Vilcanota River. Upon entering the cloud forest, you will reach the Mandor Falls. The waterfall itself is about 12 meters high and the water comes here from the sacred mountain of Yanantin.

Optional: Hiram Bingham train RT (10.53/12.24 – 17.50/21.16, luxury class, subject to availability, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
The service includes a brunch and excellent selection of Peruvian wines / On board music entertainment / Tourist guide for every group of 10 passengers / Tickets and exclusive transportation to Machu Picchu / Tea Time in the Belmond Sanctuary Lodge / Gourmet dinner on the return journey.
The service does not include the lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge.

Breakfast in hotel. In the morning, historical center walking tour (entrance fees to the Cathedral and Santo Domingo/Coricancha are included) and visit the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay (private service, English-speaking guide). After having 3-course lunch at MAP Cafe, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight.
